'Football for All' initiative launched for school children in Odisha
Recently Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has launched 'Football for All' initiative to promote football among school children in the state.
Under this program sponsored by FIFA, the state government will provide education to the children of about two thousand schools. Beach will distribute at least 43 thousand footballs.
This is the first such event in the country by FIFA, the sport's global governing body. Its goal is to promote football among school children. Football is the most popular sport in the world that unites people from all over the world. Odisha is hosting the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.
