The third meeting of G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors was held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

 The third meeting of Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors of G20 countries under India's Chairmanship of G20 began on 17 July 2023 in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Reserve Bank of India Governor Dr. Shaktikanta Das jointly chaired the meeting.

 Addressing the inaugural session, Smt. Sitharaman called for enhanced economic cooperation to address energy security, climate change, and other global challenges to ensure a sustainable future.

 The discussion of this session focused on the finalization of the G- 20 Joint Financial Health Agenda under India's Chairmanship of the G-20.

The presidency is scheduled on February 24-25, 2023 in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The second meeting was to be held on April 12-13, 2023, on the sidelines of the 2023 Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group.

 India and Indonesia announced the launch of the India-Indonesia Economic and Financial Dialogue during the meeting of G-20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors in Gandhinagar. This was announced by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Indonesian Finance Minister Mulyani Indrawati.
