With Lisa emerging as India's first regional AI news anchor, the frontiers of AI are being pushed in the media industry, opening up new possibilities for engaging and dynamic news presentations across different languages and regional contexts.
Earlier in early March 2023, India Today Group introduced its own AI news anchor named 'Sona'. In April, Kuwait News also launched 'Fedha'.
