Central Council of Research in Ayurvedic Sciences launches 'SPARK' program
This is a unique initiative launched for the students of Ayurveda studying in recognized Ayurveda colleges. The application portal of this scheme was also launched on this occasion. Under this fellowship, a financial assistance of Rs 50,000 will be offered to the selected research scholar. Interested candidates can submit their research proposal through SPARK portal.
It will promote a culture of evidence-based scientific research in the field of traditional medicine by supporting innovative ideas from young students. Key features of the program include guidance from top industry experts and assistance of Rs 50,000.
Central Council of Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) It is an autonomous body under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. It is an apex national body for scientific research work, development etc. in Ayurveda system of medicine in the country.
